So, we are back at it again with another Thirsty Thursday prior to Round 2 of the DMV Playoffs. I am sipping Basil Hayden Rye today Eddie Lee.

I already made my predictions, but for a recap, here’s the following:
Round 2

1. I like Str8 Bizness Cartel over Hot Pockets.

3. I like High Powered over Magna Carta.
4. I like Outrage over Apex Predators.

Round 3

1. I like High Powered over Outrage.
2. I like Str8 Bizness Cartel over DC Mafia.

Onto other news, yes, the All-American Conference will have 4, yes you heard right, 4 Districts this season: DMV North, DMV Central, DMV South, and VA South. That will consist of 41 Franchises if my math is correct.

I am guessing DMV South with 12 Franchises, DMV Central with 10 Franchises, DMV North with 10 Franchises, and VA South with 9 Franchises.

How I would break down the Districts is listed below. How would you break them down?
