This newly Uncapped Tag Team division began in September 2019. So far, the only undefeated team left from the original field that started the list…Dysfunctional Bowlers. The original team, comprised of Raul Renteria and David Nagelhout, ran the table from September all the way to January to win the tag team titles against Kyle Dempster and Jack Thorn (Voodoo) at 30 Strikes. Due to Renteria holding the Classic Tag Team title, he opted to be replaced on the Uncapped Tag Team and brought in Matthew Frei-Funk.

Their first title defense was a success at Northeast Unholy Alliance against Ryan Fortson and Christina Williams (Devasation Inc.). In a season where Dysfunctional Bowlers saw four out of the six title belts, this undefeated team of Frei-Funk/Nagelhout look to end this 2019-2020 season with a win and go to 6-0. The opposition has also been on the list since the beginning, after facing a second match loss to Darian LeMay/Ali Randell (Amerrikaz Most Wanted), the team of Barry Allen and Allen Lewis (Suicide Squaaaaaaaaad!) have won three straight matches to propel into this final title match of 2020. Allen/Lewis had a hard fought 1v2 grind back in February at NEUA vs. Tom’s River Rats’ Russ Goss/Keith Sherman, and look to bring the fight to the champs!

In this matchup, I give the advantage to the champions as Nagelhout will be the only one on the left side as the other three bowlers will have traffic on the right side of the lane. If this Uncapped division is anything compared to the Classic division, defending the titles may be a little difficult, making this a little bit harder to predict a winner. Expect a decent size crowd for this title match as Suicide Squad usually announces their presence at any UBA event, kinda hard to miss “sqUAAAAAAAAD!”.
