Unholy Alliance Southeast WCS Results: Both Tag Titles Switch Hands

Tag team titles switch hands. Heavyweight singles titles stay put.

In the Northeast, the Tag Team titles have been very comfortably placed around Dysfunctional Bowlers waists for awhile. In the Southeast…notsomuch in terms of stability. Once again, the belts switch hands; the Heavyweight Titles go to Dre Gaither and Mal Williams as they defeat The Hitmen 4-1.

The classic titles also change hands, but at least there’s some familiarity with the new owner: Kenny Snead. Snead and Jerry Didway (who’s no stranger to the WCS himself) win the belts back from the Villains’ Crystal and Mike Myrick in a surprising 4-0 sweep. Be prepared to see more documentary footage from Kenny Snead and his belt.

Both heavyweight singles titles stay where they were to begin the evening. Vixen’s Champion Daphne Smith took care of Elizabeth Lefler by the count of 4-1. For Heavyweight Champion Josh Pittman it was a little dicier, as Grice was able to extend Pittman to a game 7. Still Pittman prevailed, winning 4-3 to hold on to the belt.

The only Singles title to go from champion to challenger was the Cruiserweight one, as Sam Chance Jr. gives it up to a motivated Thiamous McNair by a 4-2 count. In the only match with a vacated title, #1 Contender Cathy McCandless gave it a run, but she loses to fellow #1 Contender Travis Watson 4-1 as Watson wins the Welterweight belt.
