World Championship Series Team Relay Southeast Results

Josh Pittman held off JR Cauthen to retain the Heavyweight Title. This means that #1. Josh Pittman will be the World Champion heading into Mega Bowl and #2. Cauthen has to defend a few more times before heading into the rematch.

Speaking of retention, Vixen’s Champion Kasey Parnell, Welterweight Champion Roosevelt Johnson, Classic Tag Team Villains and Heavyweight Tag Team Champion King’s Court all defended their titles. For the Court, it was a little dicey, as Dennis Killough was out thanks to Covid, but they got it done.

However, there was a changing of titles. Jacob Shipley upended Patrick Rogers to win the Cruiserweight title. A number of people predict that Shipley will be holding on to the belt for a very long time. Will he? Or will someone else dethrone him? We will find out in 2022.

How did we do?
Both Kevin Decker and Myself went 5-1. That moved Decker’s record to 8-4 and mine to 25-7 (16-3 in the South)
