Bad Twin Breaks Down Season Brawl #6

Andre Welbon breaks down the DMV Season Brawl

(NOTE: THis Breakdown has been brought to you by DMV Specialist Andre Welbon)

Sneak Preview: Season Brawl #6

This weekend will feature one Season Brawl. This will be on Sunday, coming out of the DMV region. Here’s a reminder on how this works:

FAVORITES: One of the teams I think will win the whole thing
LEGITIMATE THREAT: Not one of the front-runners, but if they win it wouldn’t be a surprise
CONTENDERS: They could stick around for a while, but certain unexpected things need to swing their way for them to win
DARK HORSE: They COULD win, but A LOT of things need to swing their way – like a meteor shower wrecking all of the other lanes.

Here we go…

FAVORITES

Outrage – The reigning U.B.A. Champions at one of their favorite Bowling Centers; combine that with an even better roster and the fact that they have something to prove does not bode well for the competition.

Str8 Bizness Cartel – Probably the second best team in the DMV Area. There is not a chance they aren’t competing for the top spot.

LEGITIMATE THREAT

Kryptonite – The champs of the DMV North, Big K believes they have what it takes to win it all and when they are on their game, they arguably do. However, they are not the best at qualifying rounds, which could ironically be their kryptonite.

N.W.O. Wolfpack – This is an incredibly deep squad that is very familiar with bowling at this center. They will bring the fireworks, but will it be enough?

Impact – This super talented squad had a tough last year, losing to Kryptonite three times. Have they put that behind them and are they ready to be the top tier squad of the DMV North we know them to be?

Most Wanted – This squad has added some major additions to an already super talented squad. Are they poised to continue elevating to the next level? Time will only tell.

CONTENDERS

Dynasty– A Solid team that always seems to be competing for the top spot in the DMV South. The qualifying round may hurt them if they get off to a slow start, but the potential is definitely there.

Body Bagz – If they get a full team performance then the sky is the limit. Will they get a full team effort?

Contract Killaz – CK has the talent, but can they pull it all together?

DARK HORSE

Vipers – A very good squad, but a lot will have to go their way to make some noise here.

Hot Pockets – This is a new franchise and not much is known about them, but the roster has some very well-known talent in the DMV area. Can they shock the world?

Framed 4 Murda – This team is suffering from a lack of scratch presence, which is needed in the “Sky High” scoring palace known as AMF Country Club. However, they have a ton of team chemistry, which could even the odds.
