UBA Top Ten: November 16/17

We have a mix of events this weekend – WCS title matches, NE Tour Stops and SE Events. Let’s get it rolling.

10. NENJ District – Devil’s Rejects Vs. Class Axe
It’s the Battle of Colonial Lanes as the rejuvenated Class Axe go up against the newbie Devil’s Rejects. Will Class Axe remain in second or will the Rejects take the opportunity to get into the Top 4?

9. SOUTHEAST WELTERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Chris McKnight – Kingpins Vs. #1 Contender: Demond Burns – Chill Squad
McKnight waited a VERY long time to get this accomplished. Did he climb all the way up the mountain only to lose it on the first defense? Or will he make a long run with it?

8. NJ SOUTH DISTRICT – NJ Drillerz Vs AC Express
The perennial contender Drillerz go up against the upstart Express in a match that’s early on the schedule but could have some late-season ramifications to both the winner and the loser.

7. SOUTHEAST CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Rudy Brantley – Hitmen Vs. #1 Contender: Timmy Hildebrandt – Reality Check
Brantley has a lot of experience. Hildebrandt brings in a lot of spunk and a huge streak of wins. One of these things will conquer the other on Sunday.

6. SOUTHEAST LAST TEAM STANDING
Will G.O.A.T. win this event like they have been winning everything else this season? Will another known powerhouse cause the upset? Or will a lesser-known team use this as their own personal platform?

5. NEW ENGLAND SOUTH DISTRICT – The Fallout Vs. The Hounds of War
Just your traditional 1 Vs. 2 match-up. Rudy Feliciano took the Latino All-Stars to a district title a few years ago. Will he do the same with the Hounds? Or will they fall out?

4. SOUTHEAST TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Jim Koepfler & Jeremey Maier – Kings Court Vs. #1 Contenders: Charlie Beam & James Veneziano – G Town Heavy Hitters
The Court have been hot as of late, but G-Town has a ton of experience when it comes to snagging titles. Will experience or youth hold?

3. NORTHEAST VIXEN’S TITLE MATCH: Kayla Jones Vs. Monica Schwartz
Can Jones extend her win streak or will there be a title holder in the CT area for the first time of the World Championship Series existence?

2. SOUTHEAST VIXENS TITLE MATCH: CHAMPION: Destiny Harper – Spartanburg Savages Vs. #1 Contender: Daphne Smith – Spartanburg Savages
We all know a Savage will win. Will it be the current champion that’s held on to it for close to 6 months? Or will it be the former champion that’s shot a trey while defending it and would really like it back?

1. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: Dre Gaither – G.O.A.T. Vs. #1 Contender: James Kniffen – Hitmen
This one has lots of ramifications to it. With a possible World Title shot up for grabs – and bragging rights between The Flash and the Storm contract winner, this one could get loud and raucous – which means fun for all. We’ll see who will be having more fun Sunday night.
